   Transitioned from career military to City Wide in 2019 and still loving it. New challenges and opportunities coming at you every mean solar day. Opportunity to grow in your electric current position and paths available to more than responsibility in different areas. Benefits, office perks (java and gym) and culture is second to none!

   You aren't an employee number, yous are an important function of the team, no matter the role you are in.

   Cons

   It takes a lot of personal time to manage the workload, so not the typical 9am-5pm schedule.

   Pros

   Great Base Salary Great Commision rates (then long as you do your Task!) Good People Good Environment and Flexible (This changed, encounter Cons List) Tin can make A LOT of coin! (Over again, changed, see Cons List) Monthly Gas Stipend (Pro and Con, come across Beneath.)

   Cons

   Benefits available adequately poor/expensive. Not the best employer contribution to benefits. Commision Structure changed from a fantastic 108% (if your monthly signed business organization contracts were $x,000+) and uncapped/unlimited, to being limited or capped at nigh $20,000/month. May non audio then bad, but having this cap, completely killed all existent incentive to keep working on acquiring those bigger revenue/monthly accounts. I had consistent and fantastic commissions which were abruptly cut-off with a uncomplicated letter of the alphabet on my desk, and an explanation that, "Well, having to write over $20,000.00 checks each month for a unmarried sales executive is but undoable"…. Then why not change percentages and leave it uncapped?? It literally punished people for doing their absolute all-time and striving for more than, you knew in that location was an impenetrable concrete ceiling… Gas Stipend seems great, only $500/month was simply not cutting it for how much you take to drive your own car. Neither does any taxation credits come tax season. Tires, oil changes and other maintenance - gas alone ate through that $500 monthly in about two to ii and a half weeks like shooting fish in a barrel, if you were doing your job right! (and this is back when it wasn't and then high!) Either visitor cars, or an increased stipen needs to exist implemented. Also, being told that your commissions are so high, it's like Pennies, is not acceptable, that is hard-earned accept-home coin not meant for gas to make the company money!

   Hiring process was seamless. Direct supervisor is a real people person and easy to talk to when aid is needed. Accounting team are all friendly and easy to become along with. Ultimately, just a neat place to work. Would recommend this to place of business to friends and family.

   No cons that I can recollect of.

   Cons

   Balance is accomplished through consistent execution, if we permit things become things tin build up. The key is knock out what needs to be washed and you'll exist fine.
